The Translator | Speak Fluently Lah!
Your Workplace Speaking Type

The Translator

You tahu apa nak cakap. Cuma otak you buat kerja dua kali sebelum English keluar.

Idea datang dalam BM dulu, then you translate, cari word, check sentence… baru speak.

See Why This Happens ↓

Sounds familiar?

  • BM usually muncul dulu.
  • Pause sebab cari English word.
  • Response lambat walaupun tahu topik.
  • Ayat terbaik datang lepas conversation.

This result bukan label kekal. It simply shows the speaking pattern that may be slowing you down most right now.

The Reason / Explanation

Why this keeps happening

You mungkin dah ada enough English untuk communicate, tapi retrieval masih bergantung pada translation. Bila conversation bergerak laju, extra step BM → English tu makan masa.

So bukan semestinya you perlukan 500 lagi vocabulary words. You perlukan cara untuk keluarkan idea dengan English yang simple, cepat dan usable.

Our Core Teaching Framework

Meet What → Why → How.

Bila kena speak, jangan cuba bina “perfect English sentence”. Build the answer in 3 simple parts.

WHAT

Apa point you?

Answer first. State the main idea before adding explanation.

WHY

Kenapa?

Give one clear reason so the listener understands your thinking.

HOW

Macam mana?

Explain the action, example, process or what happens next.

Your Personal Practice Plan

Use What–Why–How for your The Translator pattern.

Untuk type you, What–Why–How paksa otak start dengan idea — bukan start dengan translation.

W

WHAT

State the point terus dalam simple English.

“The main issue is our delivery time.”
W

WHY

Give ONE reason kenapa point tu penting.

“Because customers are waiting too long.”
H

HOW

Explain what should happen next.

“So we should update customers earlier and shorten the response time.”
The Environment

Knowing the formula is not enough. You need somewhere to practise it.

You need regular opportunities to answer before sempat translate every word. Weekly reps help direct English retrieval become more automatic.

Real situations

Meetings, Q&A, presentations, interviews, updates and workplace conversations.

Real reps

Use What–Why–How repeatedly until the structure becomes easier to access.

Real feedback

Speak, get feedback, simplify, try again. That’s how the skill gets sharper.

Try Your Result In A Real Speaking Situation.

Book a Free 30-Min Workplace Speaking Audit.
You dah nampak pattern dia: idea ada, tapi BM → English creates an extra step. Dalam audit, kita tengok pattern tu live dan cuba keluarkan response dengan lebih direct.

What Happens In The Audit

Not another random English class.

We use one real workplace situation to see what actually happens when you have to respond in English.

1. BASELINE You answer one realistic workplace prompt the way you normally would.
2. LIVE DIAGNOSIS We look at where your The Translator pattern shows up in the response.
3. WHAT → WHY → HOW We coach the same response using our core speaking framework.
4. TRY AGAIN You repeat the situation and experience the difference yourself.
COME WITH THIS Bring one situation where you normally translate first — meeting update, opinion, client conversation or interview answer.

The session is free. It is a real diagnostic/coaching session and also a consultation. If structured coaching looks like the right next step, we may recommend a paid programme at the end.

FAQ

Before you book…

Is this just a free English class?

No. We use one real workplace speaking situation to observe your response, coach it using What → Why → How, then let you try again.

Do I need good grammar first?

No. The session focuses on clear real-time communication using the English you already have. We are not running a grammar test.

What should I prepare?

Bring one situation where you normally translate first — meeting update, opinion, client conversation or interview answer. You don't need to prepare a script. In fact, we want to see how you normally respond.

Is the session really free?

Yes. The Workplace Speaking Audit is free. It is also a consultation, so if we identify that structured coaching is suitable for your goal, we may explain a paid next step at the end.

What if I just want ongoing practice?

That's okay too. The audit helps us understand what you need first. If a lower-intensity practice environment makes more sense than structured coaching, we'll tell you.

Does my Speaking Type stay the same forever?

No. The Translator is a current speaking pattern, not a permanent identity. The goal is to train the response so the pattern becomes less limiting over time.
